    Gitte-Lena Andersen, originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, is the founder of The ANDERSEN Agency. With over 18 years of experience at Microsoft, she brings deep expertise in marketing, business operations, and recruiting. She launched the agency in 2021 to deliver values-driven consulting rooted in fairness, inclusion, and measurable impact.
